Consulting

Effective collaboration, whether within an organization or with external entities such as alliance partners or customers, is critical to performance. Organizational network analysis can be thought of as an “x-ray,” providing a view into an organizations’ internal workings to help management understand how work really gets done.

Consulting projects typically evaluate both group-level and personal-level networks. The results are twofold. The group-level results are shared via a 40-50 page presentation highlighting the key findings and associated actions to improve value-added collaboration within a strategic group. In addition, the personal-level results are provided in hardcopy form (a 20-page report) or via a confidential online Website where each respondent can develop an action plan to uniquely improve their own effectiveness through their personal connectivity.

Common projects yielding measurable business impact include:

  1. Driving organizational or division/function effectiveness and financial return through network, team and individual connectivity;
  2. Facilitating large scale change and M&A;
  3. Revenue growth through key account connectivity and sales force networks;
  4. Improving organizational performance through talent management and replicating high performer networks;
  5. Effectively leveraging external networks (e.g., alliances, supply chain, key opinion leaders) and
  6. Supporting knowledge management and organizational learning programs.
