Organizational Network Software

In order to facilitate survey administration and analysis, particularly for large groups, we’ve customized software for organizational network analysis purposes. The software greatly expands survey design capability, automates data collection, and formats data for ease of analysis. The high-level benefits include:

• Minimize effort of a survey administrator.
  The network survey is administered over the web with logic that minimizes missing data, formats the network results for immediate analysis and allows e-mail messaging functionality that helps track and easily follow up with non-respondents.
• Minimize effort for the survey taker.
  The network survey allows de-limiter options that reduce long name lists with a network question as well as branching or condition logic that enables very targeted questioning to sub-groups. These and other features (e.g., grouping of name lists) substantially reduce the time of a typical network survey.
• Maximize output for each participant.
  A key benefit provided to each survey participant lies with the personal network feedback enabling them to assess their connectivity within the network and on dimensions related to high performers. Feedback comes in two forms:
  • A dynamic on-line experience where participants can interact with their network and craft an action plan.
  • A paper based report that can be printed and brought to meeting, offsite or class-based experiences.
