My research focuses on ways that a network-based view can provide actionable insights that improve organizational and/or individual performance. To date I have worked with over 120 well-known companies and government agencies in applying network analysis to such organizational issues as merger integration, strategic partnerships and alliances, new product/process development, large-scale change, initiation of communities of practice and talent management/leadership effectiveness.
